Fire damages Ossining shop

OSSINING – Firefighters battled a structure fire in an auto repair shop on lower Main Street Wednesday night.
It broke out about 10 p.m. Ossining Fire Chief Peter Connolly said flames were erupting from three parts of the building when firefighters arrived.
It took about 100 firefighters to bring the blaze under control in 30 minutes. Milllwood firefighters assisted Ossining at the scene while Briarcliff and Croton stood by in Ossining. There were no injuries.
